Daylight Hours of Tuesday Beginwith Snowfall and 15 Degrees

One Tuesday forecast says, simply, "Cloudy," but we've already had at least an hour of light to occasionally moderate snow fall. It is a cold 15 degrees but the absence of wind holds down the bitterness of the temperature.  Municipal and Institute roads are plowed but snow covered. Tomorrow (Wednesday), the forecast is for 2 to 4 inches of snow and continuing cold.
UPDATE: A pattern seems to have developed. Clouds and snow fall are alternating with clear skies and sunshine.
