* WHAT... SNOW EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 7 INCHES EXPECTED. 
* WHERE... NIAGARA, ORLEANS, MONROE, ERIE, GENESEE, WYOMING, LIVINGSTON, CHAUTAUQUA, CATTARAUGUS, AND ALLEGANY COUNTIES. 
* WHEN... FROM 6 AM TO 10 PM EST WEDNESDAY. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... TRAVEL COULD BE DIFFICULT. THE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS COULD IMPACT THE MORNING, BUT MORE SO THE EVENING COMMUTE.
