Charged with stealing propane tanks
A Cattaraugus County man was arrested after an investigation into the theft of numerous propane tanks from a business on Route 98, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.
Travis J. Neamon, 30, of Freedom was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Deputies said the stolen tanks were found at Neamon’s residence.
The tanks, with a value of $1,725.80, were returned to the business by deputies. Neamon was issued an appearance ticket for a later date in Town Court.
