Whether as a significant Tropical Storm, or as a Category 1 Hurricane, the winds are pretty much the same. That, in a nutshell is what the entire east coast of the U.S., excluding Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina that there is a remaining 1,000 miles of coast will ultimately be affected. Tornados and falling branches will present the biggest problems, as will a loss of electrical power when and if that occurs. Tropical Storm Warnings now stretch as far west as Raleigh as Isaias tracks toward N.C.
