North and South areas of the Lake remained in the upper 30's. AccuWeather had a reading of 57 for one hour but the temps prior and after that hour were in the upper 30's. Haven Ave. in the Institute managed a 43 in its more tree-protected area, in addition to being half way up the eastern side of the Lake basin.
