Thursday's Melting Off Surfaces Appeared to be Partially Reversed
By a New Dusting of Snow Overnight

The Ground Hog's Forecast of six more weeks of winter this morning was met with a fresh, light coating of snow which the NWS referred to as a squall arriving overnight and making both driving and winter to appear to be continuing right before our eyes in the frigid 11 degrees (F). Surfaces which had been cleared of snow from Thursday's melting, were renewed in a white winter blanket. This was accompanied by a steady cold breeze causing the American flag on Janes Ave. (near where Haven Ave. used to create a four-way intersection) to wave proudly in the winter wind.
