No particular mention was made to remind us of this being our last Dessert on the Dock for the Season, so maybe that played into the good time everyone seemed to be having. Upon his arrival, we sang Happy Birthday to Fred Nobbs on or about his 80th birthday. He managed to blow out the one candle that was lit for him. Two homemade apple pies, two different types of ice cream, a homemade fruit-topped dip with homemade semi-hard waffle wafers for dipping, donut holes and full donuts, brownies, tarts, and one or two items I'm just not recalling at this point, plus hot coffee for a mildly cool evening, all graced the serving table.
Some of whom were present are shown below, but others were present, like Dorothy and Clarence Clark, two rental guests from the Adams' #52 cottage, a family of 4 which included 2 young girls, each of whom escaped the lens of the camera.
