The monthly meeting of the SLI Board of Trustees will take place this coming Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoag Memorial Meeting Room. Please dress warmly and bring a sweater or blanket.
Greg Franklin has been asked to serve as the Long Range Planning (LRP) Committee's spokesperson by Chair Bob Cook in order to present the LRP's proposal for one arbor to be located at each end of the Ames Avenue Footpath. At $300 per Arbor, LRP already has commitment of funds for the purchase of the first Arbor and hopes to reach the total before Season Opening July 1.
This year's goal is to have both Arbors in place in time for the Silver Lake Experience 2017, August 10-13th.

Anyone interested in giving toward the purchase of an Arbor may do so by labeling your envelope and/or your check with the word "Arbor" and either delivering it at Saturday's meeting or mailing it to SLI, POB 20, Silver Lake NY 14549-0020.
