The Trustee Board met an hour early to go over the Treasurer's proposed operating budget of $120,994 for 2017. Craig Bateman did a super job of interpreting Schmidt & Volk's highly detailed reports from 2016 and then communicating their complexities to the full board. The Trustees' early start enabled the final board meeting of the year to remain within the bounds of approximately two hours--a record achievement for a budget meeting. The budget passed unanimously.
