From the very moment I tried being "inclusive" through the use of that awkward term, I was bothered by my choice and returned to change it to the traditional term even before noticing your comment. Usually, I prefer to address the position as we do with God, Savior, President, Vice President, Representative, Senator, Doctor, Attorney, Reverend, Pastor, etc. In other words, why bring an individual's sex into the discussion when it isn't relevant?
