Perry Community Band Concert will be at the lakeshore Friday at 7 pm at SLI's Big Blue Dock

The Silver Lake Institute's Big Blue Dock at the foot of Wesley Ave. will be the scene this Friday, July 8th, for a special one-hour concert at the new time of 7:00 pm. The scene of the concert is accessible by land and by water--and boats are welcome!
Parking near the venue is limited only to handicapped accessible parking. Private property parking is only by clear and express permission of the property owner. Additional parking is available on the south lawn of Epworth Hall followed by a summer walk down to the Lake.
Band members will be arriving on Wesley and Lakeside Avenues to drop off their equipment and instruments on the dock and then will have priority parking up the hill at Bishop Burt Park. Once all band members are present and parked, remaining space at the Park is then available to concert guests.
Remember to bring your favorite lawn chair or blanket as you find a comfortable spot on The Greenway in front of the Dock. Accessible, singular lavatory available across the street on the first floor in Hoag Art Gallery. Lakeview Avenue will be closed at the start of the concert and will be available for informal dancing.
