Jenison was earlier arrested in April:
Sex offender faces more charges for sexual abuse, forcible touching

A Cowlesville man who is a registered sex offender arrested earlier this year now faces more charges after an investigation revealed he sexually assaulted a person, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

JOHNNY JENISON
Johnny G. Jenison, 51, was charged Tuesday with first-degree sexual abuse and forcible touching.

Deputies said the alleged offenses happened at Fairbridge Inn on Federal Drive on Aug. 10 of last year. Jenison was committed to Genesee County Jail without bail.

In April, Jenison was charged with forcible touching and failure to register a change of address as a sex offender. He is a Level 2 offender for a 1994 conviction in Allegany County for sexually assaulting a 24-year-old man.

Jenison had been living in Minnesota and failed to report that he moved to Cowlesville.
