Wyoming woman arrested for felony DWAI
On April 1, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Kendra L. Kenyon, 25, of Wyoming, NY, for felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs - previous conviction within ten years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Blackhouse Road, in the town of Warsaw. During the interview with operator Kenyon, she was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Kenyon had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Kenyon had failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw, where she refused to submit to a chemical test. Kenyon was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. She was released with appearance tickets for the town of Warsaw court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
