Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Castile resident on DWI charges following an investigation by the Perry Police Department.

On April 4th, 2022, at approximately 7:40 p.m., Officer Spencer Kramell conducted a traffic stop on Washington Boulevard for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.

Upon interacting with the suspect, 54-year-old Mark S. Smith of Castile, NY, Officer Kramell suspected Smith to be intoxicated.
