PerryPD: Drugged driver possessed cocaine, had 15 license suspensions

A Rochester woman is facing numerous charges after a traffic stop Thursday in the village.Cherlyn A. Isaac, 45, was stopped on South Main Street after driving 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone, Perry police said. She allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was found to be impaired by multiple drugs.
Further investigation revealed Isaac possessed cocaine, police said. A records check also allegedly revealed her drivers license was suspended with 13 scoffs on five dates for a total of 15 suspensions.

Cherlyn A. Isaac, 45, was stopped on South Main Street after driving 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone, Perry police said. She allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was found to be impaired by multiple drugs.
Isaac was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, unlicensed operation, and speeding. She is to appear May 10 in Village Court.
