Prosecutors: Brandow’s ‘man’ threatened victims and families:
Police seek public’s help in Chautauqua County child
porn investigation

LILY A. BRANDOW
Police are seeking the public’s help in an online child pornography case.

Lily A. Brandow, 20, of Falconer, Chautauqua County, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to produce child pornography, conspiracy to commit witness tampering, distribution of child pornography, and destruction of records. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Brandow allegedly sold a video to a Snapchat user in June 2020 for $20 showing her, her “man” and a 16-year-old girl engaging in sexual relations.

Brandow’s “man” is co-defendant Yusef Myrick who was arrested and charged by complaint in December 2021 with production, receipt, and distribution of child pornography.

Brandow took steps to delete Myrick’s email and social media accounts at Myrick’s instruction, federal prosecutors said. She also allegedly facilitated a three-way call between herself, Myrick and a victim. During the call, Myrick threatened the victim not to speak to investigators, prosecutors said.

Myrick is accused of engaging in both online and sexual relationships with numerous minor females. When the relationships ended, Myrick cyberstalked, harassed, and threatened the minor females and their families with both physical and psychological harm. Myrick communicated with and sexually exploited at least seven victims primarily through Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram, prosecutors said.

Members of the public who have information about the case are asked to contact the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office at (716) 753-4973, the Homeland Security Investigations Tip Line at (716) 464-6070, or hsibuffalotips@ice.dhs.gov.
