Castile man charged with predatory sexual assault against a child

A Castile man is facing felony charges after a child sex abuse investigation, Wyoming County sheriff’s investigators said

A search warrant was conducted at the residence of Craig Poler. He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child.

The victims were less than 13 years old, investigators said. Poler, 33, was committed to Wyoming County Jail without bail. He is to appear Jan. 22 in Town Court.
