* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of an inch or less.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario,
and Allegany counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions.
Blowing and drifting snow will result in poor visibility in open areas.
