DWI IN COVINGTON -- On January 25, 2022, Troopers from State Police/Warsaw arrested Harold P. Gage, 78, of LeRoy, NY, for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and drinking alcohol in the vehicle.

Troopers responded to a call for a vehicle in the ditch on South street road in the town of Covington at 7:36 pm. Gage was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to State Police/Warsaw for processing. Gage recorded .14% BAC. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Covington court for February 28, 2022.

Warsaw -- Joshua Vroman– Arraigned on Indictment for Driving While Intoxicated, Operate Motor Vehicle .08 Of 1% Or

County (3) -- Jessalyn Pitts– Arraigned on VOP; Adjourned to 2/3/22. Jeffrey Matson-Admits to VOP, sentenced to 1-3 years prison. Keagan Christian-Admits to VOP, sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Attica -- Carine Reeves– Arraigned on Indictment for Assault in the Second Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (D Felonies); Adjourned to 3/16/22 for motions.

Perry (2) -- Carly Townes– Appearance; Adjourned to 1/31/22 for Huntley Hearing. Raymond Kozlowski– Sentenced on the conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) to 6 months jail, 5 years probation.
