- Wednesday 1/19: Seared Stuffed Chicken with Cracker Crumb Stuffing, Twice Baked Potato, Mixed Veggies, Dinner Roll, Mixed Berry Cobbler
- Wednesday 1/26: Reuben or Gourmet Grilled Ham & Cheese, Pickle, Chicken Noodle or Harvest Soup, Chocolate Chip Cookie
