Jamestown Woman Charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in Wyoming County Prison
A Jamestown woman was arrested on drug-related charges while inside a prison in Wyoming County on Tuesday. State Police in Warsaw, with assistance from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, took 49-year-old Cindy Frank into custody for allegedly having marijuana and suboxone strips on her while inside the Attica Correctional Facility.
Frank was charged with 2nd-degree promoting prison contraband and 5th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and she was later released on appearance tickets.
