Bergen Woman charged with DWI
A Griswold Road woman has been charged with DWI after she drove into a man and his dog Saturday night, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said. Katherine J. Vail, 29, was charged with DWI and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Vail is accused of hitting the man and dog while they were walking along side South Lake Road just after 6 p.m. Saturday. Both suffered minor injuries, deputies said. Vail is to appear December 8 in Town Court.
