Perry man charged with rape of woman
A Perry man was arrested Thursday and charged with raping a physically helpless woman earlier this month, village police said. Nicholas C. Hoffman, 35, was charged with first-degree rape after an investigation into a complaint about an alleged rape that happened Oct. 10. Hoffman was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail, with bail set at $100,000.
