Morning Drizzle pushes Worship over to Hoag Gallery; Attendance good: 47
This morning's lake-wide worship service had to be held in Hoag Gallery because of a persistent but very light rain which continued throughout the morning. The sun attempted to break through around Noon, but clouds seem to have prevailed.
There are three remaining lake services for 2021. They are September 12, 19, and 26 to close out the 2021 season.
The Chrisman's and the Owen's were our Breakfast Chefs, Servers and Bus Boys; Kathy S. staffed the SLE Store
Pictured above from left to right are: Don and Colleen Chrisman from Embury Ave.; Jeanne and Terry Owens from Harris Ave.
Pictured above are three customers at Kathy Schaefer's Silver Lake Experience (SLE) Store in Stoody for preparation of next year's SLE, August 4-7, 2022. Registration begins in March 2022. Great programs coming including 80+ fascinating workshops. Everyone loves a day (or two) (or three) at the Silver Lake Experience!
Roger Covell, on the right, was one of our post-10 am customers and told Greg F. that if it wasn't for the SLDNewsletter's announcement of the Breakfast that he saw this morning, he would have missed all this great food and catching up with many friends. Thanks for the good word, Roger!
