Missing Plate Leads to Additional Discoveries:
Three arrested in traffic stop in Middlebury by Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputies
Three Wyoming, NY residents were arrested following a traffic stop on East Bethany Road in the Town of Middlebury on June 12, 2021. Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies attempted a traffic stop Tuesday of a black 2014 Chrysler 300 on East Bethany Road for having no front plate. The vehicle initially pulled over, but then pulled back out and drove away southbound.
The vehicle drove to a residential driveway on East Bethany Road where it turned left into the driveway. Deputies approached the vehicle and observed "indicators of criminal activity." This activity was not named and charges, if any, were not identified. This traffic stop was reported by the videonewsservice.net and has not been independently confirmed at this point.
