xFugitive from justice caught in Warsaw
WARSAW — A fugitive from justice was captured May 14 by village police.
Jamel J. Manning, 38, of from Richmond was pulled over on West Buffalo Street for speeding, police said. Further investigation allegedly revealed he was wanted in Virginia for assault and strangulation.
Manning was taken into custody, police said. He was committed to Wyoming County Jail pending extradition proceedings.
