  • All public school districts statewide will reopen for in-person learning in September, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Monday.
  • A corrections officer has been arrested and charged with having a sexual relationship with an inmate at Albion, state police said. No other details were released.
  • If the Genesee county Legislature formally appoints him this Wednesday, Bill Schutt will leave the Office of Emergency Management deputy to take the reins as Genesee county Youth Bureau executive director.
