Obituaries Bumped, Now Corrected:
News Stories Exceeded our Page One Limit, Adjustments were Made Today; but have we outgrown our platform?
All stories, announcements, memorials and obituaries were published but wound up on other pages when page one was filled. It was an automatic process, so some stories and obits were only on page one for a week or less before the system bumped them to page 2 or even farther into the page system.
We want to know if you, as readers, are experiencing longer load times when you enter the Newsletter so we can head off difficulties before they get too far along. Two other adjustments are being made:
The "Search the Blog" gadget has been moved closer to the top of Page 1 so if you do not see a news items or obit that you think should be there, you can do a quick search. If you want to manually search, the end of Page 1 gives you the option to click on "Older Posts." That takes you to consecutive pages (2,3,4,5, etc.) one by one.
