Field Info Not Transferring to Excelsior:
Excelsior Pass often a problem to those serviced by non-state clinics
All persons having received their Covid-19 vaccinations should be able to locate their names using the vaccination app on their phones set for the NYS Health Dept. It has been discovered that not all vaccination locations are reporting their results to the NYS Health Dept. which explains part of the reason for the absence of names in the state record.
At this time there doesn't seem to be any alternate plan for getting vaccination records in the State's overall health record if you were not vaccinated in a state-sponsored clinic. As time goes on, your clinic may begin, or catch up, on sending these records to the NYS Health Dept. In the meantime, vaccinated persons who are not on the Excelsior Pass app will have to carry their vaccination cards with them for all entries to events requiring vaccinations.
