...A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS WILL AFFECT WYOMING... CATTARAUGUS... ERIE... LIVINGSTON... CHAUTAUQUA... ALLEGANY... SOUTHEASTERN GENESEE AND ONTARIO COUNTIES...

At 441 PM EDT, a band of heavy snow showers was located along a line extending from near Chautauqua Institution to near Naples. Movement was south at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these snow showers and visibility will briefly be reduced to a quarter mile. Most roads will remain wet, although a few slushy spots may develop across higher terrain.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 10.
Interstate 90 between exits 60 and 56, and near exit 43.
Interstate 86 between exits 6 and 33.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be prepared for greatly reduced visibility and a few slushy spots on roads. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling.
