Woman gets second drugged driving arrest in nine days, Perry and Warsaw

The woman, Robin M. Mitchell, 39, also possessed what is believed to be crack cocaine and suboxone. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by a combination of drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. She was released to appear June 1 in Village Court.
Just nine days earlier, Mitchell was arrested after Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint that a car was “all over the road” on Route 20A in Warsaw. Deputies said the driver nearly struck a tractor-trailer head on, along with several other cars.
Mitchell pulled into a motel parking lot and was arrested. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, and failure to keep right. She is to appear in Town Court at a later date.
