Indictment accuses man of raping intoxicated woman at GC college
A Genesee County grand jury has filed an indictment against a Holley man, accusing him of sexually assaulting a woman who was highly intoxicated at Genesee Community College.

The grand jury filed two other indictments in Genesee County Court:
■ Eric J. Reyes Jr., no age or address available, is charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was found driving a stolen car on the Thruway in Le Roy in September.
■ Rachelle N. Laney, 34, of Oakfield is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, fourth-degree possession, two counts of seventh-degree possession and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Laney was found with fentanyl, methodone and hydrocodone after a traffic stop in September in Le Roy.
