In New York State:
Capacity Caps for outdoor live concerts to expand this Spring

The issue of large venue caps being increased will be tackled first beginning in April. Masks and social distancing will still apply. Proof of either full vaccination or coronavirus negative test will be required. Based on the success of the large venue test (2,500 and above), the State will then implement increases in the caps for small, performing arts venues which could be in place by late Spring. Final determinations for both venues will be based on state-wide numbers of decreasing coronavirus cases. Batavia Downs plans to have testers on sight for a fee between $20-$30.
