Never has one 'shot' been so valuable to me and the effort
to get it locally so extensive
After weeks of unproductive phone calls attempting to secure an appointment for the Covid Vaccine, I decided to try a computer application, something that had previously stymied me. After hours of reading and research, I landed on a computer application around 2:30 am Sunday morning.
The first two tries were lost to the vast wiles of world wide web, but finally at 3:33 am, I clicked on the final screen's "Register" button. There it was--a successful registration. What's the location of my appointment? The Wyoming County Highway Department, of course.
I joked this morning that I was "looking forward" to being inoculated by the snow plow guy! Let it be known far and wide that I am tremendously happy to have gained this appointment. I may actually be immune in time for my son's 50th birthday party which is the same day as my great-grandson's birthday--always a special treat--but this year, special in more than the usual two ways!
