20-Second Power Outage at 2:59 pm Thursday Remains Unexplained
NYSEG and their hard working electricians get power restored as quickly as possible, depending on the nature and severity of related damage. NYSEG has considerably more difficulty in determining brief outages which apparently don't register on their systems to the extent that they can report them or even say that they see or understand the outage has even taken place. So much for NYSEG's notification offers. Meanwhile, back to resetting the electronics affected by the outage.
