Snow, Bad Roads Shuts Down Louisiana:
Parades in New Orleans have been cancelled for January and February due to Covid-19; bars closed
Residents and promoters of New Orleans couldn't resist. They took their parade float decorations and beautifully installed them on their house fronts, as one might do with other holiday decorations. Check it out by clicking HERE. Plans are already scheduled for Mardi Gras 2022.
