BESSIE SCOTT LARSEN of Virginia Beach, Va., Perry, N.Y., and Ocala, Fla., passed away Friday, Jan. 29, 2021. Born Sept. 23, 1925, in Castile, N.Y., to Walter Arthur Scott and Fannie Amelia Cone Scott. She retired from Rochester Telephone Co. as a Supervisor after 35 years of service. Was married to Larry Larsen. Moved to Ocala, Fla., from Perry, N.Y., in 1981. Member of Telephone Pioneers of America and a Graduate of Perry High School – 1944. She is survived by son, Robert Larsen, and his wife, Janice; granddaughters, Theresa Leigh (Josh) and Jessica Larsen of Virginia; great-granddaughters, Elena and Emilia; niece, Beverly Whiteman of Holley, N.Y.; and nephew, Eric Whiteman (Tonya) of Lake Placid, N.Y. Following a memorial service in Virginia Beach, she will be buried with her late husband, Larry P. Larsen at the Florida State Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.
