A Warsaw couple was charged in U.S. District Court Thursday with conspiring to have methamphetamine shipped to their house, a shipment in which the woman filed a complaint because of its late arrival. Michael S. Bullers, 62, and Pearl S. Mibbs, 54, were charged with conspiring and attempting to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth, a charge that carries a minimum penalty of 10 years to a maximum of life in federal prison.

Police Officers in Perry were summoned last Saturday evening, Jan. 30, 2021, to 22 Covington Street from a call about multiple people fighting in the streets. Four women were involved and arrested after investigation, two of whom were taken to Wyoming County Community Hospital for evaluation. Two were held on bail in Wyoming County Jail: Ashleigh R. Jones, 29; Jessalyn K. Pitts, 29; both are due back in Warsaw County Court in February 2021. The two others with lesser charges were issued appearance tickets and must appear at Perry Village Court in March of 2021 to answer charges. They are: Rose H. Chiauzzi, 28; and Alexis L. Trzecieski, 21.
