EXPIRED -- Lake Effect Snow Warning issued January 18 at 9:09PM EST until January 19 at 7:00 AM EST by NWS Buffalo.
EXPIRED -- Lake Effect Snow Warning issued January 17 at 8:45 PM EST until January 19 at 7:00 AM EST by NWS Buffalo.
IN EFFECT -- Special Weather Statement issued January 19 at 4:32 AM EST by NWS Buffalo ...A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL AFFECT WESTERN WYOMING... A band of lake effect snow producing snow fall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour stretches from the Lake Erie shoreline from Ripley to Orchard Park and inland across southern Erie and western Wyoming counties. Some thunder and lightning are possible within this band of snow. The band will remain nearly stationary through 6 AM.
IN EFFECT -- Lake Effect Snow Warning from early weekend through 10 AM this morning (Tuesday).
