THURSDAY'S WEATHER STARTED OFF alternating between periods of sun and periods of light snow or flurries. Accumulation has been minimal. Mid afternoon has been strictly cloudy with occasional light snow or flurries. Average temperature of several reporting stations is 17° at 3:30 pm. South section of Silver Lake is at 13° at 3:30 pm. A stiff breeze makes it feel even colder.
