* WHAT ... Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE... Wyoming, Livingston, and Southern Erie counties.
* WHEN... From 6 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS ... Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. A warning is issued when a hazardous weather or hydrologic event is occurring, imminent or likely.
