...SNOWFALL RATES UP TO AN INCH AN HOUR ACROSS WESTERN NEW YORK OVERNIGHT... Snow will fall across Western New York overnight, with snowfall rates up to an inch an hour. Temperatures will be near or below freezing, which will allow snow to accumulate on untreated roadways, bridges, and overpasses. Those traveling overnight should be prepared for slick spots and areas with poor visibility. Snow will taper off late tonight, with the heaviest snow expected to end by daybreak.

Well into the 11th Hour, Lakeview is still not snow covered.
