UNTIL 1 PM EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with the

greatest amounts across the higher terrain. Winds gusting as

high as 40 mph will produce some blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Wyoming county. Greatest accumulations across the higher

terrain.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Wednesday. The majority of the snow will

accumulate from late this afternoon through early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions with

reduced visibility at times. The hazardous conditions could impact the

evening commute today and the morning commute on Wednesday.
