* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Northern Erie, Genesee, and
Wyoming counties.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Be
sure your holiday decorations are secure. Tree limbs could be
blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel may be
difficult in high profile vehicles.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
