Charles W. Nonnenberg

JULY 11, 1924 — NOVEMBER 27, 2020

The Reverend Charles W. Nonnenberg, 96, has passed into the joy of his Lord, Friday, November 27, 2020, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Charley, a long time active and involved resident of Silver Lake and area pastorates, died last night with word being received shortly after midnight today. There will be a private graveside service for the family on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. Charley attended the Geneseo United Methodist Church and also the summer worship at Epworth Hall.  He served the Silver Lake Institute as Registrar and Bookkeeper for a number of years. Memorials may be made to the Burlington United Methodist Family Services Inc., 539 New Creek, Keyser, West Virginia 26726.
