Just prior to the weekend, we were cautioning about a one case jump to 5 and now on the first recording day of the new week we learn of an additional jump of three. This now takes the one-day figure for Wyoming County to 8 cases. There are just five days left in October and at this rate Wyoming will more than doubt its monthly total.
The White House continues to denigrate the families of loved ones lost to the disease. It has added blame to doctors saying they are seeking additional funds for Covid-19 by recording more of other types of deaths recorded as Covid-19. This drew swift reaction from doctors both hurt and angered by the false narrative by our national leadership.
