8:21 am through 9:07 am.
Since our cable box and router are backed up with battery power and since we were still without cable or WiFi, it appears to be a total break where both electrical and cable lines were out such as replacement or damage to a pole, and/or scheduled maintenance. There were no messages or emails of warning.
