Another Goodbye for Winter

Earlier today we said "Goodbye" to a friend and hard worker here at the Institute, Julia Hoffner, after a weekend of packing and closing up the first Gould cottage on Ames Walkway which originally belonged to her grandfather, Dr. Gordon Gould. She is the third generation of very active participants in the life of the Silver Lake Institute. She makes her home in Pennsylvania with her son, daughter in law and two grandchildren in an attached, first floor apartment and is active in their church and community. We already look forward to her return next Spring.
