* WHERE... Oswego, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Chautauqua, and Southern Erie counties.
* WHEN... From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS... Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
An advisory is issued when a hazardous weather or hydrologic event is occurring, imminent or likely.
