Another 10,347 cases of COVID-19 were posted Monday in Florida, a number that maintains the state’s status as one of the worst-hit parts of the U.S.
There were 92 more deaths, not a record but continuing the elevated numbers of the past week that show deaths are catching up with the high case totals.
The new cases reported Monday bring the total to 360,394.
The statistics were reported by the Florida Department of Health, which posts daily updates on COVID-19.
